Payment

I accept credit cards, cash, check, Zelle, Paypal and Venmo. Payments are due at the time of services.

Insurance

Though I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide monthly Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for your Out-Of-Network benefits.

Please contact your insurance to determine if you have mental health coverage for an out-of network provider. You will want to specifically ask how much they will cover and how much you will be responsible for. You may also want to ask how many psychotherapy sessions are covered annually by your insurer.

Please note, if they ask for service codes, clarify CPT code 90791 (initial intake) and CPT code 90834 (therapy session) with modifier GT and service code 02 for telehealth/video services.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Failure to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment time, or no-showing will result in a charge for the full amount of the missed session.

How to prepare for counseling?

  • Start with a 15 min free consultation

  • Discuss with your therapist what progress may look like

  • Change is hard, so expect the process can be uncomfortable at times.

  • You don’t need to come in to each session with some big things to talk about

  • Know that you can speak up if you don’t agree with your therapist
